Introduction. This Privacy Policy explains how Favorhosting Corp. ("FavorHosting.com") collects, uses and discloses the personal information you may provide to FavorHosting Corp. while using the FavorHosting.com website and the services provided through the website (collectively the "Website"). FavorHosting.com will not sell your information to any third party without your permission.
From time to time, FavorHosting Corp. may send to you email or other communications containing information about FavorHosting Corp. and other matters FavorHosting Corp. believes may interest you. FavorHosting Corp. may disclose your personal information to its affiliates, agents, suppliers and service providers, including other domain name registration authorities, for use in connection with matters relating to your use of the Website or the provision of services or information that have been specifically requested by you. - Database and Zone Files. In accordance with the rules, requirements, policies, guidelines or regulations adopted by domain name registration authorities, including CIRA, as they may exist from time to time, FavorHosting Corp. must disclose certain personal information to specified third parties and make it available to the general public registry database look-up and directory services. The information disclosed for these purposes (not all of which is personal information) includes the domain names sought to be or registered by you; the names, postal addresses, e-mail addresses, voice telephone numbers and fax numbers of the technical and administrative contacts for the registered domain name; the full hostnames and internet protocol (IP) addresses of at least two nameserver hosts (one primary and at least one secondary) for each registered domain name; the corresponding names of those nameservers; the original creation date of the registration; and the expiration date of the registration.
Securing your Information - To help protect the confidentiality of your personal information, FavorHosting Corp. employs reasonable security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Nevertheless, security risks cannot be eliminated and FavorHosting Corp. cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be used or disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
