Follow these steps to complete the tutorial:
You can access the Outlook e-mail account setup program by opening Outlook and then by going to the "Tools" menu, choosing the "Accounts..." option, clicking the "Add" button, and choosing "Mail..."
Click the 'Add a new e-mail account' box and then click 'Next >'

- The next screen will prompt you for your incoming server type. Just select POP3 and click 'Next >'.

-
The next screen will prompt you for your name and e-mail address. For this example we'll use a fictitious user 'John Smith' and his domain 'johnsmith.com'.
Enter 'mail.yourdomain.com' for both incoming (POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) mail servers.
For the username enter your FULL E-MAIL ADDRESS (i.e. you@yourdomain.com) and password in the box provided.

-
That's it! Just click 'Finish' and you are ready to send and receive e-mail. The Outlook Mail tutorial is now complete.
NOTE: We use a system that requires you to first check your e-mail before sending. This allows the server to authenticate your account and allow you to send mail (a 15 minute window is open to send when you check mail). If you setup the e-mail client to simply check e-mail every few minutes you should never notice this restriction.
Given this restriction you should run through the 'Test Account Settings...' twice to check your account settings.
